By accessing or using the ExodusTrack Pro website and software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing a license, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

ExodusTrack Pro is a paid desktop application that allows users to monitor public Exodus wallet addresses in real time. The software provides read-only visibility into blockchain transaction data using public APIs. It does not provide investment advice, and does not access, control, or interact with any cryptocurrency funds.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ExodusTrack Pro on the number of devices specified in your plan. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
Use the software for illegal purposes or to monitor wallets you do not own or have authorization to monitor

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely. Prices start at $100 USD and vary by configuration. Due to the nature of software licenses, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the software fails to function as described.

5. No Financial Advice

ExodusTrack Pro is a monitoring tool only. Nothing on this website or within the application constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Use of the software does not guarantee any financial outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExodusTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through direct communication with our team. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
